Enjoying some bubble fun with little ones this spring? You can make your own at home with a little sugar, dish soap and water. The sugar keeps the water from evaporating as quickly, helping the bubbles hold their shape. Try the recipe below, originally found at Imperial Sugar. Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon extra-fine granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons dish soap (Joy and Dawn seem to work best)
  • 1 cup water

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients and stir gently until the sugar is dissolved.
2. Blow bubbles.
3. Repeat ☺

Need bubble wand ideas? Try pipe cleaners or plastic-coated wire hangers.
